What is the return policy?

Item(s) damaged/ faulty on receipt:

Please inform us of any damages/ missing items/ faulty items within 7 calendar days from the receipt of your order. If an item is damaged on receipt, please contact us via email or telephone to report the issue.

Change of Mind

If for any reason the buyer changes their mind upon receipt of the goods, they may return part or the entirety of their order. 

The goods must be returned to us undamaged and unopened. Should any part of the return arrive not fit for sale this will not be refunded.

When will I receive my order?

The standard service is delivery within 2-4 days after dispatching the order. You will be advised of any undue delays to delivery at time of accepting your order including delays due to Bank Holidays, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within 10 miles radius, we charge £5.50 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10.00am 7 days a week same day where possible and we will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup

22 Chestnut Drive, Clowne, Chesterfield, S43 4JG After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 hrs after receiving your order We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our local pickup hours are 10.00am – 6.00pm on Monday to Saturday Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

I am missing some items, what should I do?

We are very sorry to hear this! Initially we would ask you to please check within all of the packaging 

We would also ask you to check your final invoice to make sure that for whatever reason we were unable to send the item. The refund will be processed the following working day after the invoice date.

If you still have not found the item or can't see a reason for it not being there, then please report this to us as soon as possible using the contact us form.

Can I add to an order?

Of course, you can add to your order as long as it hasn’t started to be picked! Please feel free to give us a call.  If you do wish to add items on, we recommend you do this by phone and not by email as by the time we see your email, your order could have been dispatched!
